Curry which originated from India is very popular and accepted worldwide. The main spices found in curry powders are turmeric, coriander, cumin, fennel and chilli powder. To cook curry in traditional way will take longer time with many steps to be followed to get the right taste.
Sudee Curry is produced with full of flavour and yet, very simple to cook. Cooking curry is made easy where only 3 steps needed. Firstly, heat up 700ml of water together with 1 kg of chicken/meat and 3 potatoes(cut into 4) until it boils. Secondly, add 1 pack of Sudee Curry powder, stir well, simmer until the chicken/meat and potatoes are cooked and thirdly, add in 1 tomato and 75ml of coconut milk (your choice). Now it is ready to be served.
Ingredients: Chilli powder, coriander, cumin, fennel and turmeric.
